If your jewellery becomes damaged due to external factors such as catching, pulling, or impact during wear, we are happy to assist with repairs. Repair costs start from $35, plus a $7.80 return shipping fee. Please contact us for further details.

If you would like to replace an entire chain, please get in touch and we will provide pricing based on the item.

All pieces are carefully inspected before leaving our studio to ensure they are in good condition.

We offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty covering faults that arise as a result of a manufacturing defect.

If a manufacturing fault is identified upon inspection by our team, we will offer a repair or replacement.

This warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, or general wear and tear over time. This includes natural changes such as tarnishing, fading, or surface changes that can occur with plated jewellery depending on wear conditions and care.

You have the protection of consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.  (Note: “major failure” has a specific meaning under the Australian Consumer Law. )
