Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

At ERIJEWELRY, we are committed to quality craftsmanship and stand behind the integrity of our pieces. Please review the following policy before making your purchase.


Manufacturing Warranty – 6 Months

All ERIJEWELRY pieces (excluding permanent jewellery and promotional items) are covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in workmanship only.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

The following are not considered manufacturing faults:

  • General wear and tear

  • Surface scratches, fading, or bent components

  • Broken chains due to pulling or snagging

  • Damage caused by impact or accidental force

  • Exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning agents, chlorine, or harsh chemicals

  • Discolouration due to skin pH or environmental factors

  • Items altered or repaired by a third party


Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase for eligible items.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn and in original, saleable condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value.
If a lower-priced item is selected, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.


Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalised pieces

  • Resized or modified items

  • Permanent jewellery

  • Sale or promotional items


Refunds

Refunds are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law, including in cases of confirmed major manufacturing defects.


How to Arrange a Return or Warranty Claim

Please contact our team at info@erijewelry.com with your proof of purchase to arrange an assessment.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
