ERIJEWELRY Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
Manufacturing Warranty (6 Months)
All ERIJEWELRY pieces excludes PJ come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty, covering faults or defects in workmanship.
Warranty exclusions:
- Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., bent rings, broken chains, fading color)
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Lost or improperly stored items under any circumstance
- Discoloration caused by wear and tear, salty water, chemicals, cosmetics, hand sanitizers, cleaning agents, or acidic skin types
- Altered or modified items
Warranty service:
If a piece is confirmed by our jewellers to have a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge
Exchanges & Returns (Within 14 Days of Purchase)
Exchanges:
- Accepted for items of equal or greater value than the original purchase
- Must be unworn, in saleable condition, and with original packaging
Returns (Change of Mind):
- Accepted within 14 days of purchase
- Item must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
- Earrings, custom, personalized, or modified items are not eligible for return
- Sale items are not eligible for return
- Damage caused by accidents beyond your control (e.g., snagging or pulling) is not eligible for return
How to Return or Exchange
Please provide proof of purchase and contact us to arrange your return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are offered up to 14 days from date of delivery. Your purchase can be refund for all full prices items that are unworn and in original condition.
Jewellery must be returned to us in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Postage will be at the customer's expense. We recommend using registered/traceable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
You have the protection of consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. (Note: “major failure” has a specific meaning under the Australian Consumer Law.)
