Every piece is made to order and leaves our studio in perfect condition. In case it has any defects, we offer a 90-day warranty. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty.

This warranty does not cover neglect, loss of items, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear include tarnishing and fading of gold jewellery, and therefore, is not covered by warranty.

The warranty is voided if the jewellery has been, altered and modified, damaged by accident, misuse, and discolouration caused by foreign substances. Please note that contact with foreign substances such as hand sanitiser, cleaning agent, cosmetic products, and acidic skin types can cause discolouration. Tarnishing and discolourations caused by the above reasons will not be covered under this warranty.

Returns

We accept all returns within 14 days of receiving your orders.

We’re happy to accept returns for those followings;

You are eligible for a return/exchange if the items purchased are:

  • Faulty
  • Different from a sample shown
  • Wrong sizes

Items should be unworn and in their original packaging.

Please note that our earrings are NON-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. All sale items purchased are not eligible for a refund or return. 

You are NOT eligible for a refund/exchange if:

  • Break due to reasons beyond our control (toddler yanked it, it caught on something)
  • Found the same item cheaper elsewhere
  • You already wore them
  • Changed the length or design from originals.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders (Including shorten the length or changed the design)
  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return items:

Postage will be at the customer's expense. We recommend using registered/traceable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased at the ERIJEWELRY Online Store that are received
between 20 November 2024 and 24 December 2024 may be returned up to 8 January 2025.

All purchases made after 24 December 2024 are subject to the Standard Return Policy. 

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges if the original price is the same as the item purchased or higher than the item purchased.

Refunds

Refunds are offered up to 14 days from date of delivery. Your purchase can be refund for all full prices items that are unworn and in original condition.

Jewellery must be returned to us in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

You have the protection of consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.  (Note: “major failure” has a specific meaning under the Australian Consumer Law. )
